Kim Anderson

Kim Anderson is a composer, songwriter, singer, and multi-instrumentalist based in New York. Her music walks the line between many genres, incorporating the lyrical intimacy of folk songs with the delicate, detailed instrumental arrangements of chamber music. Raised by jazz musician parents in New York City, she grew up absorbing a diverse blend of musical genres, going on to study composition formally at conservatory and to write music for an eclectic range of different ensembles.

Her debut album ‘Yarrow’, an intimate collection of electro-acoustic songs backed by delicate string and woodwind arrangements, was produced by Benjamin Lazar Davis and released on Biophilia records in 2018. Her upcoming album ‘Asphodel’ is a collection of original songs and arrangements inspired by myths of different cultures around the world. It was recorded during 2019/2020 at the home studio she shares with fellow musician and husband Bram Kincheloe. It was also produced by Ben Davis and its release is planned for 2021/2022.

In February of 2021 Kim and Bram welcomed their first child, Jasper, into the world.

Molly Tigre

Memorably described as “Ethiopian funk drinks a progressive jazz cocktail at Miles Davis’ 1970’s loft party,” Molly Tigre’s polyrhythmic stew is music for the body and mind.
